I Dream Of Bento
I really wish someone would make me a delicious and entertainingly childlike bento lunch for work every day. I’d feel so special, I might burst. And it’d be a hell of a lot better than a scraggy Greggs sammich.

So presumably this “therapy” is along the lines of trying to stop smoking where they tell you to put an elastic band around your wrist and snap it hard whenever you think about lighting up? Obviously placement of the band in question varies from addiction to addiction……
